Customers who purchase items on the website can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt.

⚠️ Note: "7 days" is for product inspection, not a trial period.

📌 Cases considered as used (not eligible for return/exchange):

  • 🪟 Protective film / helmet visor sticker has been removed
  • 🪖 Product shows signs of being worn (dents, dirt, strange odors, etc.)
  • 🧴 Inner lining is compressed and deformed from use

📌 Return and Exchange Conditions:

  • ✅ Product is 100% new, unused
  • 📦 Complete with original box and accessories
  • 🏷️ Tags, labels, and protective film are intact
  • 🧼 No dirt, strange odors, or damage

2️⃣ 📦 Note on Recording Video Upon Receipt

Please record the entire unboxing process immediately upon receiving your order.

🎥 If the item is damaged due to shipping error, the unboxing video is mandatory proof to support your complaint.


3️⃣ 🔧 Defective Product / Incorrect Item Delivered (Free Shipping)

If an incorrect item is delivered or the product has serious defects (damage, missing accessories, functional errors, etc.), customers may request a return or exchange.

Please provide:

  • 🧾 Order number
  • 📞 Contact phone number
  • 🪖 Product name
  • 📸 Photo or video of the product defect

✅ After confirmation, the shop will cover all two-way shipping fees.


4️⃣ 📋 Return Process

  • 🎁 Retain all accessories, gifts, and invoices
  • 📞 Contact customer service and provide order information
  • 📸 Send photos or videos of the product
  • 📍 Receive shipping address from the shop
  • 🚚 Ship the item as instructed

📦 Shipping time: approximately 3–7 business days


5️⃣ 💸 Cases Where Customers Bear Shipping Costs

  • 😕 Dislikes the product
  • 📏 Chosen wrong size
  • 🖥️ Color discrepancy due to screen variation
  • ❌ Ordered the wrong product
  • 🔄 Changed mind, no longer wants to purchase

6️⃣ 🚫 Cases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • 🪟 Protective film of helmet visor has been removed
  • 🧺 Product has been used, washed, or has stains
  • 🔧 Product has been altered or custom-made
  • ✂️ Tags or labels have been cut
  • 📦 Box is damaged or incomplete
  • 👃 Has strange odors (perfume, sweat, etc.)
  • ⏰ More than 7 days have passed since receiving the item
  • 🧾 No proof of purchase
  • 🧣 Products worn next to skin (balaclavas, etc.) that have been unsealed

7️⃣ 🎁 Promotions & Gifts

If the order includes a promotion:

📌 When returning, you must:

  • 🎁 Return all gifts
  • ✅ Gifts must be new, unused

⚠️ If not returned: 👉 The shop will charge according to the listed price on the website.

⚠️ To protect your rights, please do not open gifts if you intend to return or exchange. If not fully returned, the shop reserves the right to charge an equivalent fee.

  • 🔄 Only exchange for the same product or pay the difference for a higher-priced product

⚠️ III. DEFINITION OF DEFECTIVE GOODS (GENERAL STANDARD)

To avoid disputes, the shop defines the standard as follows:

✅ Considered defective (eligible for return/exchange):

  • 🔩 Missing accessories or detached parts
  • ⚙️ Functional defects
  • 🚫 Affects normal use

❌ Not considered defective:

The following cases are considered normal:

  • 🧵 Loose threads
  • 🔍 Small, minor stains (≤ 1–2 cm)
  • 🖥️ Color deviation due to screen display
  • 🖌️ Minor paint marks or manufacturing imperfections
  • 👁️ Minor cosmetic discrepancies
  • 😕 Subjective personal factors (dislikes, not meeting expectations)

👉 These cases fall within international quality inspection standards.
